About Rizzo Family Medicine
Reliable medical care, trusted direct access, and an active partnership in your long-term health.
More Than 20 Years of Medical Experience
I have been a board-certified osteopathic physician for over 20 years. Throughout the years, I have cared for thousands of patients in just about every setting and have seen almost everything that can happen.
It has been a privilege to do what I do and a humbling education that only time and experience could achieve. This experience has transformed me into a skilled clinician and taught me countless lessons about people, health, and our healthcare system.
The Time to Listen, Evaluate, and Educate
My experience has taught me that being a good doctor and giving good advice takes time. It takes time to listen and understand what is happening and to explain what should be done and why.
Time to listen, evaluate, and educate is, sadly, what our healthcare system has sacrificed most. Our system has also been built to focus on disease rather than prevention. As a result, many health issues that people suffer from, some of which possibly could have been avoided, are not prevented.
I believe healthcare should take a different approach.
A Patient-Focused Practice Built Around You
By limiting my practice to a smaller panel of patients, I can devote enormous time and energy to being the doctor my patients need me to be and the doctor they deserve.
My partnership with MDVIP has given me the tools and infrastructure I need to be that doctor. The early detection tests MDVIP offers, along with their extensive library of nutritional and wellness information, align beautifully with my goal to prevent problems before they happen. It is an exciting collaboration.
Zero Waiting Rooms. Guaranteed.
Similar to conveniences often associated with concierge medicine practices, I also offer same- or next-day appointments that start on time.Â
A Partnership for Better Health
I truly believe the healthcare needs of my patients should come above everything else, and I invite you to join me in a partnership to better achieve the healthiest version of you possible.
Let’s prevent what we can and treat what we need to with compassion, humanity, and a common-sense approach aligned with your goals and your priorities. This way we truly can make healthcare great again, one patient at a time.
